They are used for thickening and/or washing all types of waste fiber, pulp or cellulose.

 Working principle:

• Mass flow through  slotted the nozzle sprays into the joint between the endless mesh and the fluted chest shaft

• Unilateral dehydration between the thoracic shaft and the mesh  leads to the accumulation of fiber on the mesh, which reaches the couch shaft,  дit is removed by a non-contact oscillating squeegee knife that moves. 

• The fiber is transported to the next stage of the process using a screw conveyor.

• Next, the fiber is directed  into the loading funnel, and the filtrate is collected in the tank.
