Description of the line: 

5 rolls, max. roll width: 1420 mm. 

Stitching section and sleeve production node with perforation and perforation. Sleeve width: from 350 to 800 mm. Sleeve length: from 500 to 1400 mm. Productivity 135 units/min.

Gluing unit (transverse and longitudinal), gluing with side perforations. Thermogluing, but without "Z" bend. Several printed cylinders with a gear ratio of 1-1. The gear ratio of the printing shaft is 1-25.  

Bottom production unit W+H AD1600/20, year of manufacture: 1967. Universal unit in excellent working condition.  

The length of the finished bag: from 415 mm to 1370 mm. The width of the finished bag: from 350 to 700 mm. Bottom width: from 75 to 200 mm. 

Max. speed: 150 bags/min. taking into account the application of 4-color printing. 

Valve length without bending: from 90 to 240 mm. The length of the valve with a bend: from 130 to 290 mm.
