Hydraulic breaker cleaning system. Pump CPCIM.

The equipment is intended for continuous cleaning

in the mode of waste paper hydraulic shredders (vertical and horizontal)

from such undesirable impurities as foil, fragments of plastic mass,

rags, wood, etc. Cleaning is carried out during the operation of the hydraulic breaker.

What is a CPCIM pump? – This is a technically improved copy of Equipment: Contaminex, manufactured by VOITH.

The basis for the creation of CPCIM was an inefficient pump that was created more than 20 years ago and improved by our engineers. CPCIM can work at a concentration of 5%.

In the hydraulic crusher, a branch for feeding the mass to the CPCIM is made above the sieve, but not lower than 200 mm from the base of the sieve.

As a result of the conducted studies, it was established that in order to keep the hydraulic breaker clean of waste during the day, the pump must recirculate the volumetric mass of the hydraulic breaker from 10 to 20 times.

CPCIM is able to pump such unwanted impurities as foil, plastic fragments (particles up to 200 mm sq.), rags, wood, etc.

How the pump works

Every 20-30 seconds, a sample is taken from the hydraulic breaker through the automatic double-plate 300-mm NP valve. This valve is controlled by a timer that can be programmed for an open and closed cycle (20-30 seconds in the closed position and 5-10 seconds in the open position, which can satisfy any local conditions of operation of the hydraulic breaker.

The normal concentration in the hydraulic breaker is 4 to 6%. The inlet pipe to the CPCIM must be connected to the circulating water pipeline in order to dilute the fiber to 1-3% and thus avoid the loss of "good" fiber from the DDCIM dewatering drum (the lower the concentration, the better). In this case, the fiber is not disposed of together with the waste. It is a good practice when 50% - 70% of the make-up water for the hydraulic breaker is supplied through the automatic valve “B” through the DDCIM dewatering drum (see the hydraulic breaker cleaning scheme), which guarantees good fiber dissolution and its return to the hydraulic breaker through the DDCIM dewatering drum.

The pump is capable of creating pressure at a height of no more than 6m above the level of the Hydraulic Breaker, which implies installing the Trommel as close as possible to the Hydraulic Breaker. To use gravity to return fibers and circulating water from the trommel to the hydraulic crusher.

All the waste of the hydrobreaker is pumped by a pump into the DDCIM dewatering drum and then washed, which allows you to save good fiber and then send it back to the hydrobreaker.

The main parts of the machine:
• Pump housing
• Rotor
• Drive (Drive pulley with V-shaped belt drive)
• Automatic discharge valve NP 200 (not included in delivery)
• Electric motor (not included in delivery)

Material

The parts of the pump that come into contact with the paper mass are made of stainless steel. All connecting parts are made of stainless steel.

The design and safety of the equipment comply with EU standards. The equipment is manufactured in Great Britain.
