intended for installation in waste paper recycling lines, where it is used for dewatering of waste sorting of hydraulic crushers (horizontal or vertical), vibration sorters, impurity separators, dewatering drums.
The compact and durable design allows you to create high pressure, which leads to the maximum removal of water from waste and its compression to a minimum volume. The inclusion of the press in the technological line for waste paper processing reduces the amount of waste, waste storage costs and increases the environmental friendliness of the line. A prerequisite for the high efficiency of the press operation is the receipt of waste at the press inlet in a pre-dehydrated state (e.g. from the DDCIM dewatering drum). This significantly improves the productivity and working conditions of the press.
In recent years, the design of the compactor has been refined and improved. The proposed equipment includes a new design of the screw, which prevents clogging or clogging of the flow occurring between the screw and the loading chamber.
Our equipment can support work with a mass containing 5 - 20% dry residue (concentration at the entrance) and gives the maximum achievable dryness of 75%.
Compactors require minimal maintenance, for example, under normal conditions, the screw can be replaced within 2 hours.
Our compactors are produced in two sizes (350-millimeter and 450-millimeter screw diameter), which satisfies almost any capacity of line preparation.

Parts of the press that come into contact with the paper mass are made of stainless steel or galvanized structural steel. The reducer, screw and nets are made of structural steel painted with a protective paint coating. All connecting parts are made of stainless steel or galvanized.
The design and safety of the equipment comply with EU standards.
