Centricliner

 

Application and essential feature.

Centricliners are intended for effective and economical removal of air, dirt, fragments and stains from the mass. Smooth inner surface and small diameter provide excellent performance.

 

Principle of operation.

Tangential intake accelerates  centrifugal movement down. Contaminants, such as mud, small particles with a high specific mass, are pushed to the outer wall of the cone and sent down through the outlet for rejection. Waste is collected in a closed collector, diluted with circulating water and sent to the 2nd stage of purification. Purified mass  rises through the center of the cone towards the receiving hole.
